Georg Wadenius, known professionally as “Jojje”, is a Swedish multi-instrumentalist and composer born on May 4, 1945, in Stockholm. He performed on Swedish recordings and co-founded the ensembles Made in Sweden and Solar Plexus. Wadenius received a Swedish Grammis in 1970 for his work with Made in Sweden. He relocated to the United States in 1972 and served as the lead guitarist for Blood, Sweat & Tears until 1975. Wadenius joined The Saturday Night Live Band from 1979 to 1985. He worked as a session and touring musician for artists including Steely Dan, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, and Paul Simon. Wadenius released the studio recordings Goda, Goda (1969), Interloop (2005), and Reconnection (2010). In 2001, he established a recording studio in Oslo. Wadenius released the studio recording Livet är mer än musik in 2025.
