Albert Fibla, born on June 18, 1968, in Badalona, Barcelona, Spain, is a singer-songwriter and journalist. Albert Fibla's early breakthrough came through winning two editions of the Èxit contest organized by TV3 and Catalunya Ràdio in 1999 and 2000, as well as receiving the Premi Cerverí for Best Song Lyrics in Catalan for "Volia volar" for the 2003-2004 season and "Un nom de dona" for 2005-2006. He released his debut album Senzill in 2004. His subsequent albums include El vals de la ingenuïtat (2006), El món es mou (2008), and En directe al Barnasants (2010). In 2013, he released a tribute album to Paolo Conte titled Mocambo i altres contes. After a hiatus, Albert Fibla returned in 2022 with the singles "Present al Vent", "Giravolta" and "Dona Futura".
