No Innocent Victim, also known as N.I.V., is a Christian hardcore punk band formed in San Diego, California in 1992. The group initially gained traction with their early releases and tours, including collaborations with Agnostic Front. They signed with Victory Records and released Flesh and Blood (1999), an album widely recognized as their most representative work. No Innocent Victim toured extensively across the United States, Europe, and Japan, sharing stages with notable acts such as U.S. Bombs, Terror, and Hatebreed. They released Tipping the Scales (2001), after which the band disbanded in 2002. No Innocent Victim reunited in 2004, recruiting Dave Quiggle on guitar and Neil Hartman on bass from xDisciplex A.D., and released their fifth album To Burn Again (2005).
