Antidemon, a Brazilian Christian extreme metal band from São Paulo, was founded in 1994 by Carlos Batista. The group released their first demo that year, followed by two more demos, Confinamento Eterno (1997) and Antidemon 4 Anos (1998), before debuting with the album Demonocídio in 1999. In 2002, the band embarked on their first international tour, the Demonocídio Mexican Tour, and released their second studio album, Anillo de fuego, in 2003.The group continued to release albums including Satanichaos (2009) and Apocalypsenow (2012), which was issued through Rowe Productions. Antidemon toured extensively across South America, Europe, and Mexico, performing with acts such as The Crucified and Narnia. Their fifth album, Convergence, was released in 2024.
