Glenn Kaiser (born January 21, 1953) was an American Christian rock and blues singer-songwriter, guitarist, and pastor from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Kaiser was active in the Milwaukee music scene from age 12 and joined the Jesus People USA community in 1971. In December 1971, he co-founded the group Charity, which was renamed Resurrection Band in March 1972. Kaiser led Resurrection Band for nearly 30 years, releasing the independent cassette Music to Raise the Dead (1974) and studio albums including Awaiting Your Reply (1978), Rainbow's End (1979), and Silence Screams (1988). The group disbanded in 2000. Kaiser issued solo albums such as All My Days (1993), Spontaneous Combustion (1994), and Long Way From My Home (2016). In 1999, he formed The Glenn Kaiser Band, releasing the albums Winter Sun (2000) and Bound for Glory (2006). He also authored the book The Responsibility of the Christian Musician (1994).
