Freaky Age was a Belgian indie rock ensemble formed in 2003 in Ternat. The group consisted of Lenny Crabbe, Mathias Declercq, and Jonas Pauwels. In 2006, the trio reached the finals of the music contest Humo's Rock Rally, performing at the Ancienne Belgique. Bassist Dieter Henderickx joined the lineup before the group released an eponymous EP in 2007, which featured the track “Time Is Over”. The ensemble released its debut studio recording, Every Morning Breaks Out, in 2008 through V2 Records. The recording featured the single “Where Do We Go Now”, which reached the top of the Belgian radio charts. Following the addition of bassist Wouter Van den Bossche, the group released the albums Living in Particular Ways (2010), (From the Heart of) Glitter Lake (2012), and Inner Stranger (2017). The band performed at the Pukkelpop and South by Southwest festivals. The ensemble announced its disbandment in 2019 and performed its final concert on September 20, 2019.
