Nina Kraljić, born on April 4, 1992, in Lipovljani, Croatia, is a singer-songwriter and voice actress. She began her musical journey at a young age, studying opera at a music academy and appearing on the Croatian version of Got Talent in 2009. Kraljić's breakthrough came when she won the first season of The Voice – Najljepši glas Hrvatske in 2015, performing songs like "Beneath Your Beautiful" and "Zajdi, zajdi, jasno sonce". Following her victory, she released her debut single "Zaljuljali smo svijet" and was selected to represent Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 with "Lighthouse", finishing twenty-third in the grand final. Her debut album Samo was released on September 30, 2016, featuring a collaboration with Matija Dedić on the song "Što te nema". Kraljić won the Croatian Porin award for Best New Act of 2016 and was a finalist in Dora 2021 with "Rijeka".
