Fórmula Abierta, a Spanish pop music group, was formed in 2002 following their participation in Operación Triunfo. The original lineup consisted of Geno Machado, Mireia Montávez, Javián Antón, and Àlex Casademunt. Their debut album, Aún Hay Más, reached number 3 on the Top 100 albums chart by Promusicae, earning a Platinum certification. The group's breakthrough single "Te Quiero Más" became a summer hit. In 2003, Miguel Ángel Silva joined after Àlex Casademunt left for a solo career. Their second album, La verdad, was released the same year. The group continued with various lineup changes and releases, including "Sin Conexión" in 2018 and "Si Tú Vuelves" in 2019. Àlex Casademunt passed away in March 2021. In 2022, Geno Machado decided to reform the group, with new members Verónica Romero and Enrique Anaut joining.
