Электроклуб, a Russian electropop group, was founded in 1985. The band's musical and artistic director were Vladimir Dubovitskiy and composer David Tukhmanov, respectively. Initially based on the Flames of Moscow ensemble led by Oscar Feltsman, the group included Irina Allegrova and later Igor Talkov, who became a key ideologist and author of their musical concept. Other notable members included Viktor Saltykov, Alexander Nazarov, and Vladimir Kulakovskiy. In 1987, the group was awarded the Golden Tuning Fork award for Talkov's "Three Letters". After Talkov left, the group released Электроклуб-2 in 1989 and Белая пантера in 1993. The band disbanded in 1993 after a series of lineup changes and declining popularity.
