Cameroonian singer and guitarist Kareyce Fotso, who first came to the attention of the public as a member of the group Korongo Jam, released her acclaimed debut album Mulato in 2009, reaching the final of the Découvertes RFI competition. The following year, she gained a new audience with her album Kwegne, imposing a strong, controlled voice.
