Eastside Boys is a German Oi! and punk band formed in 1993 in the Sächsische Schweiz region as Fallobst. The band adopted its current name in 1998, reflecting their origins in eastern Germany. Their first release, the EP Der Letzte im Lokal, was recorded in 1999 and released by Bandworm Records in 2001. In 2002, Eastside Boys released their debut album, Echte Helden. The band relocated to Berlin between 2003 and 2004, which significantly influenced their music and lyrics. Their subsequent albums included Die Zeit ist reif… (2004) and The Boys Are Back in Town (2007). In 2010, they released the split-CD Companeros! with the band Lousy. Their 2014 album, Irgendwas ist immer, produced by Harris Johns, featured guest appearances from Volxsturm and Berliner Weisse.
