Food for Animals, an American hip hop group formed in 2001 near Washington D.C., consisted of Vulture Voltaire (Andrew Field-Pickering), Ricky Rabbit (Nick Rivetti), Dr. Dan (Daniel Helmer), and HY (Sterling Warren). The band's early gigs along the East Coast garnered critical praise, with comparisons to Public Enemy. Their EP Scavengers was released in 2004 under Upper Class Records. In 2008, Food for Animals released their album Belly. The group's discography includes releases such as Cool Water (2010) and House of Woo (2013).
