Blechreiz, a ska band from Berlin, Germany, was formed in 1983. The group became a key figure in the German ska scene of the 1990s, influenced by British bands like Madness and The Specials. In 1989, they planned a tour with Michele Baresi, which was initially canceled due to administrative issues but took place after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1990. Blechreiz's notable albums include Who Napped J.B. (1990), Rude Gangsters (1994), and Skaos (1993). In 1996, the band embarked on a farewell tour. They reformed in 2008 and continued performing, releasing new material, including the album Flight of the Bumble Bee in 2022, featuring collaborations with Memoria Insuficiente from Bogotá, Colombia.
