Yasmien Kurdi

Yasmien Yuson Kurdi-Soldevilla, born January 25, 1989 in the Philippines, is a Filipino actress and singer. She began her career as a model for magazines like Candy, Seventeen, and MOD, before gaining recognition as a finalist on GMA Network's reality show StarStruck in 2003. Her music career started with the release of her debut album, In The Name of Love, on July 9, 2005 under GMA Records. The album included singles such as "I Know" and "Umaambisyon". In 2007, she released her second album, Love Is All I Need, featuring hits like "Candlelight Romance" and "Goodbye". Kurdi's albums achieved significant success, with In the Name of Love reaching platinum status and Love Is All I Need attaining gold status.
