Bryn Fôn, born on August 27, 1954 in Llanllyfni, Caernarfonshire, United Kingdom, is a Welsh actor and singer-songwriter. He began his career by participating in the opera Dic Penderyn in 1977. Fôn formed the musical group Crysbas after leaving college and later Sobin a'r Smaeliaid in 1988. He started releasing albums under his own name beginning with Dyddiau Di-Gymar in 1994. Fôn and his band performed under the name Bryn Fôn a'r Band, releasing music through their own label laBelaBel and winning the song contest Cân i Gymru with "Un Funud Fach" in 1997. Notable albums include Dawnsio ar y Dibyn (1998), Caneuon Tecwyn y Tractor (2004), Toca (2008), and Ynys (2015). He has notably participated in numerous gigs yearly across Wales.
