Rosanna Inés Falasca (born April 27, 1953) was an Argentine tango singer from Humboldt, Santa Fe. Falasca performed at age ten with her father’s group, “Adito y Chany”, and later appeared at the Gran Festival de Río Ceballos in 1968. In September 1969, Falasca debuted on the television program Grandes Valores del Tango after winning a round with the song “Madreselva”. Her discography includes the albums Todo es amor (1970), Bajo mi piel (1971), and El ángel de Rosana Falasca (1976). Falasca collaborated with orchestras led by Luis Stazo, Lito Escarso, and Raúl Garello. Beyond music, Falasca acted in the films ¡Arriba juventud! (1971), Siempre fuimos compañeros (1973), and Te necesito tanto, amor (1976). In 1978, she joined the “Cruzada Joven del Tango”. Following a cancer diagnosis in 1982, Falasca died on February 20, 1983. The album Sus tangos was released in 1998.
