Livgardets dragonmusikkår (LDK) was a Swedish mounted brass band established in 1949 as a separate mounted squadron and trumpeter corps. The ensemble began as one of the music corps of the Livgarde, Sweden's royal guard, serving as a ceremonial band for official events, including state ceremonies and parades during the changing of the guard. In 1990, conscripted musicians began completing their military service in the corps. The group was known for performing classical-romantic literature, brass band concerts, and chamber music. Livgardets dragonmusikkår was a staple in Stockholm's music scene, having performed at venues such as the Berwaldhalle and Konserthuset.
