Le Cri de la Mouche was a French alternative rock group formed in Paris in 1987 by Camille Bazbaz on keyboards, Alexandre Azaria and Thomas Kuhn on guitar and vocals respectively, along with Serge Landau on bass and Norbert Monod on drums. Their early work included the single "Plus fort que le vent" released in 1987. In 1989, they released their debut album Le Cri de la mouche followed by their first full-length album Insomnies in 1991. The band's lineup changed in 1992 when Kris Sanchez joined on guitar. Tragically, Thomas Kuhn died in a fatal accident on June 15, 1996, marking the end of Le Cri de la Mouche. Twenty years later, Christopher Thompson drew inspiration from the group for his film Bus Palladium.
