The Chris Robinson Brotherhood was an American blues rock band formed in 2011 by Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson during a hiatus of his previous group. The original lineup included Neal Casal on lead guitar, Mark Dutton on bass, George Sluppick on drums, and Adam MacDougall on keyboards. Their debut album, Big Moon Ritual, was released in 2012, followed by The Magic Door the same year. In 2014, they released Phosphorescent Harvest. The band's fifth studio album, Barefoot In The Head, came out in 2017 and their sixth, Servants of the Sun, was released in June 2019. Throughout their career, the Chris Robinson Brotherhood underwent several lineup changes, with Robinson and Casal remaining constant members until Casal's death in August 2019. Following this event, the band announced its disbandment.
