Morlas Memoria, a symphonic metal band from Dresden, Germany, was founded in 2011 by siblings Leandra and Theo Johne. The initial lineup included Tobias Ullmann, Marcel Schmidt, and Eric Neufeld. The band began performing live later that year and shared stages with notable acts such as Ost+Front and Stahlmann in 2012. In 2013, they recorded their debut album Follow the Wind at Silent Sound-Studio under Peter Vanselow. Due to legal issues, the band changed its name from Morlas Enigma to Morlas Memoria before releasing Follow the Wind in May 2014. The album was self-released and followed by concerts across Germany, Czech Republic, and appearances at the Wave-Gotik-Treffen. Their second album Mine of Pictures was released in November 2017 under the label 7hard.
