Oni Wytars is an early music ensemble founded in 1983 by Marco Ambrosini and Peter Rabanser. The group focuses on performing medieval and Renaissance music and classical and traditional Arab and Turkish music. Oni Wytars' debut album Amar E Trobar was released in 1992. Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, they released several notable albums including On The Way To Bethlehem: Music Of The Medieval Pilgrim (1995), Music Of The Troubadours (1999), and Carmina Burana (2002). Oni Wytars collaborated with various internationally acclaimed artists and ensembles, such as Clemencic Consort and Sequentia. The ensemble also taught early music on the "Stages of Early Music" at Burg Fürsteneck in Germany.
