I Corvi is an Italian beat group formed in Parma in 1965. The original members consisted of Angelo Ravasini on vocals and guitar, Fabrizio "Billo" Levati on guitar, Italo "Gimmi" Ferrari on bass, and Claudio Benassi on drums. The band gained early success by performing cover versions of popular American and British records. In 1966, they finished second in the Rapallo Davoli national singing competition and were signed by Ariston Records. Their debut single, "Un Ragazzo di Strada", became a hit after being entered into the 1966 Cantagiro musical contest. The group followed up with their debut album, Un Ragazzo di Strada (1966), and successful singles such as "Bang Bang", "Sospesa ad un Filo", "Bambolina", and "Datemi un biglietto d'aereo". After disbanding in the late 1960s, I Corvi reformed in 1983 and released the album Hanno preso la Bastiglia! in 1989. The band reformed again in 2014 and released a new album of rearranged songs in 2017.
