Two Tone Club, a French ska band originating from Montbéliard, Doubs, was formed in 1999. The group initially gained traction through extensive touring and live performances, playing over three hundred concerts across Europe and performing at notable festivals such as the Eurockéennes, Artefacts, Dutchska fest, and Potsdam ska fest. Their self-produced debut album, Number 1, was released in 2002. In 2005, they released their second album, Turn Off, followed by Now Is The Time in 2007. Both albums were produced by Productions de l'impossible and distributed through various labels, including BIG8RECORDS and GROVER. Their 2018 release, Don't Look Back, was recorded and mixed by English producer Tony Platt and released in 2018 under Productions de l'impossible and TwoToneClub corp. The band is known for their distinctive sound, blending ska, rocksteady, and skinhead reggae with influences from the early reggae and 2 Tone movements of the 1960s and 1980s.
