Sunfall Festival was an American indie rock band based in Provo, Utah. The group was fronted by Amy Gileadi (formerly Amy Greetham), with drummer Chris Peterson and guitarist Scott Wiley forming the core of the band. Sunfall Festival gained initial recognition when they were named one of the top 10 college bands of 1999 by Conan O'Brien. In 2000, they won GarageBand.com's seventh $250,000 recording contract based on the popularity of their song "I Walked Away", although they never received this money and instead recorded Bang Bang Bang with their own funds. The band released several albums including Absolutely Splendid, Monday 23, and 23b. Their music was featured in radio ads for Plymouth, and in 2004, the band returned to live performances after a hiatus due to lead singer Amy Gileadi's pregnancy. They appeared on NPR's Open Mic in 2006.
