Timothy Robert Lamb, known professionally as Trash80, was born on March 5, 1979, in the United States and is recognized for his contributions to electronic music. He is a pioneer of independent Game Boy music and released several songs under a Creative Commons license using both the Trash80 and Tresk banners. He released the EP Hologram in 2003, showcasing a bitpop style. Lamb's music was featured on the soundtrack of the real-time strategy game Darwinia. In 2008, Lamb unveiled the ArduinoBoy, a device allowing MIDI synchronization with a Game Boy. In April 2020, he founded Dirtywave LLC, developing the hardware tracker M8, which received positive reviews from synthesizer enthusiasts.
