Sedes, a Polish punk rock band formed in 1980 in Wrocław, gained early traction within the local independent music scene. The group, featuring Młody on vocals and Rudy on drums among other members, won first prize at the Musical Start preview event and made their debut at the Jarocin festival in 1982. The band's lineup changed frequently, with notable shifts including Celej replacing Kucharz on guitar and Para joining as bass guitarist. In 1991, Młody reunited the band, leading to a series of tours and album releases such as Wszyscy pokutujemy (1992), K... jego mać (1994), and Delirium (1997). The band's "Best of" compilation, Lekcja Historii, was released in 2004.
