Vlastimil Redl, known professionally as Vlasta Redl, is a Czech folk singer and composer born on April 14, 1959, in Nový Jičín. He began his career in 1984 after performing at dance events in Valašské Meziříčí and subsequently joined the Zlín band AG Flek. Redl later joined the group Fleret, where he composed various songs for the ensemble. In 1996, he formed his own group, Skupina která se jmenuje každý den jinak. His discography included the studio albums Na výletě (1990) and Vlasta Redl o kolo zpět (1997). Redl collaborated with Slávek Janoušek and Jaroslav Samson Lenk on several recordings, including Kde domov můj (1995) and Barvy domova (2006). In 2004, he released the album Dopisy z květin with his band.
