Rochelle Perts, born 20 March 1992 in Helmond, Netherlands, is a contemporary R&B and soul singer who first gained national attention as the winner of the fourth edition of X‑Factor in 2011. After the competition, she released her debut single "Strong" and "No Air" on 13 June 2011, followed by the single "Untouchable" on 13 April 2012, which helped establish her presence in the Dutch music scene. In 2012 she issued her first full‑length album You Vs. Me, produced under Sony Music, and later that year collaborated with Yellow Claw on the track "Shotgun", a song that entered several international iTunes top‑10 charts and accumulated over 171 million views on YouTube. The 2016 single "All Night Long" was released through Young Elephants and entered the Dutch Top 40, remaining on the chart for 23 weeks and earning a gold certification with over 8.5 million Spotify streams. In 2018 she released the EP Centerpiece in partnership with producer DFRNS, further expanding her artistic range. Rochelle Perts continues to record and perform, with recent releases such as "Mami" in early 2020, while maintaining a steady presence on Dutch radio and streaming platforms.
