Ganesh Raghavendra, born in 1979 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, is a composer known for scoring music for Tamil films. He began his career with an orchestra named Rasigapriya and later transitioned to scoring music for devotional albums, jingles, and short films. His breakthrough came with the film Renigunta (2009), which garnered positive reviews. This was followed by notable works such as Padam Paarthu Kathai Sol (2011), Aachariyangal (2012), Mathil Mel Poonai (2013), and Thiranthidu Seese (2015). Raghavendra has also produced music for international corporate companies like ZOHO. He won two Best Film Score Awards for his work on Vinveli Payana Kurippugal, receiving accolades at the Cult Critics Movie Awards and the L’Age d’Or International Arthouse Film Festival (LIAFF).
