Voices of Classic Rock, an American rock music ensemble, was formed in 1998. The group featured singers and musicians who were prominent in classic rock groups during the 1970s and 1980s. In 2001, following the September 11 attacks, they released a version of "The Battle Hymn of the Republic". Notable members include Mike Reno of Loverboy, Bobby Kimball of Toto, John Cafferty of John Cafferty & the Beaver Brown Band and Joe Lynn Turner of Rainbow and Deep Purple, among others. The group released the album Classic American Rock in 2012, followed by the single "America the Beautiful" in 2016.
