Tenpole Tudor, a British punk band, were formed in 1977 when Edward Tudor-Pole met guitarist Bob Kingston, bassist Dick Crippen, and drummer Gary Long. The group gained initial recognition when Edward Tudor-Pole appeared in the Sex Pistols' film The Great Rock 'n' Roll Swindle, performing "Who Killed Bambi?" and other tracks. Tenpole Tudor signed with Stiff Records in 1980, releasing their debut album Eddie, Old Bob, Dick and Gary. The album featured the hit singles "3 Bells in a Row" and "Swords of a Thousand Men". Their second album, Let the Four Winds Blow, followed later that year. In 1982, the original line-up dissolved. The band reformed intermittently over the years, with notable releases such as Made It This Far in 2009 and 3 Bells in a Row in 2019 under the name The Tenpole Tudor Vikings. Their song "Wünderbar" gained renewed popularity when it was adopted as an anthem by Belgium's national football team during Euro 2024.
