Faraualla is an Italian female vocal quartet formed in Bari in 1995, comprising Gabriella Schiavone, Teresa Vallarella, Marinella Dipalma, and Serena Fortebraccio. The group’s first recordings were the Faraualla (1999) and Sind’ (2002), issued through Amiata Records, blending Apulian, Corsican, Bulgarian, and Tahitian influences. They performed with Sainkho Namtchylak, Al Darawish, Bobby McFerrin, Daniele Sepe, and appeared live with singer Mango in 1999. In 2001, the quartet recorded I concerti del Quirinale di RadioTre for Rai Trade; later releases, Sospiro (2008), expanded their catalog under Felmay, and Ogni Male Fore (2013).
