Stradivaria was a French orchestra based in Nantes, founded in 1987 by Daniel Cuiller. Originally known as the French Baroque Ensemble, they became the Nantes Baroque Orchestra in 2022. The ensemble performed Baroque and classical music using historically informed practices and period instruments. Their albums included Jean-Philippe Rameau: Concerts in Sextet (2009) and Stabat Mater (2005). The orchestra collaborated with festivals including The Mad Day of Nantes and Angers-Nantes Opera. Daniel Cuiller led the ensemble until 2023, when Guillaume Cuiller took over as director. Their productions included the musical pieces “Piramus and Thisbe” (2007) and “Te Deum” (2015). The orchestra organized the Val de Loire International Early Music Competition in 2015.
