Rhoneil "Ney" M. Dimaculangan, born in Tarlac, Philippines, is a singer known for his roles as the former vocalist of 6cyclemind and later frontman of his own namesake band Ney. At age 10, Dimaculangan began his musical journey as the vocalist of Angel in Disguise before moving to Manila to study music. In 1996, he formed 6cyclemind, achieving significant success with albums like Permission to Shine (2003) and Panorama (2005), earning awards including Viewer's Choice Awards for Song of the Year 2006 for "Sandalan" and Artist of the Year 2006. In 2011, he released his solo album Ney DMac, featuring the hit single "Sana". Dimaculangan later formed NEY in 2012, releasing the independent single "Napapanahon" before signing with Alpha Music Corporation in 2016. In November 2024, he became the lead singer of Orient Pearl.
