Hilera is a Filipino rock, alternative rock, and rockabilly group from San Juan City, formed in 2004. The band was founded by Chris Padilla, Bobby Padilla, and Ivan Garcia. In 2005, the group won the Nescafe Soundskool competition and signed with EMI Philippines. The band released the debut studio album Hilera on October 30, 2006, featuring the recording "Rhyme Without Reason". In 2007, the group won Best New Artist at the NU Rock Awards.Hilera released the second album NutHouse on March 11, 2009, which included the recording "Radical". The band released the album Kid In A Coma in 2010. Garcia left the group in 2015 and was replaced by Buddy Zabala. Zabala left the band in 2019, followed by the addition of Conrad Javier and later Luke Xavier Bayhon. In 2018, the group released the EP The Other Way Around.
