Elizabeth Pattinson, born 14 November 1983 in London, United Kingdom, is a British singer known as Lizzy Pattinson who emerged in the dance and electronic music scenes. She began her career providing background vocals for the 2008 film Twilight and for composer Carter Burwell, later recording on The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 at Abbey Road Studios in 2011. Pattinson’s first commercial release was the album Summer Son on 22 May 2006. She gained a breakthrough in 2007 when she became lead vocalist for the German duo Milk & Sugar, contributing to their Number 1 Billboard Hot Dance Club Play hit "Let The Sun Shine". In 2014, she competed in the eleventh series of The X Factor, reaching the top six in the Over 25s category before elimination at the judges' houses. Her work has been noted for chart success within the U.S. dance market and for collaborations with prominent producers in the electronic genre.
