British dance music act Uniting Nations, formed in Liverpool in 2004, initially consisted of Paul Keenan and Daz Sampson as members, authors-composers, and producers. Their breakthrough came with the release of their debut single "Out of Touch", a cover of Hall & Oates' hit, which reached number 7 on the UK charts and remained there for 21 weeks. The group's success continued with the release of their first album One World in November 2005, featuring notable tracks such as "You and Me" and "Ai No Corrida", a cover of Chaz Jankel's song. Craig Powell joined the group after the initial success of "Out of Touch" and became the lead vocalist. The album included collaborations with various artists, including Jinian Wilde and Laura More. Uniting Nations achieved significant chart success with their singles, earning awards such as "Best Dance Group" from Smash Hits and T4 in 2005. However, Craig Powell left the group in March 2006 to pursue a solo career. The group continued releasing music until 2008, including the single "Do It Yourself (Go Out And Get It)". After a hiatus, Uniting Nations reunited in April 2019 with Daz Sampson and Nona, releasing the single "This Love" in February 2020.
