American tenor Zachary Wilder emerged as a leading interpreter of seventeenth- and eighteenth-century repertoire, from Monteverdi to Mozart, while also singing twentieth-century works such as Britten. He built an international profile with ensembles including Pygmalion, L’Arpeggiata, Les Arts Florissants, and Bach Collegium Japan, and also appeared with major orchestras such as the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and San Francisco Symphony. Recent highlights include touring Händel’s Radamisto with Francesco Corti, roles for Philippe Jaroussky and Raphaël Pichon, and Linfea in Cavalli’s La Calisto at Aix (2025). His discography exceeds forty recordings; Brooklyn Suite follows in 2026.
