The Perpetrators is a Canadian blues/rock band, formed in 1999 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, consisting of J "Howik" Nowicki on guitar and vocals, Ken "KMac" McMahon on drums and vocals, and John "Josco" Scoles on bass and vocals. Their debut album The Perpetrators was released in 2003. The band gained significant recognition with their second album, The Gas and the Clutch, which earned them a nomination for the 2006 Juno Award in the Blues Album of the Year category and won the Western Canadian Music Award for Outstanding Blues Album. Notable songs include "Six Pack" and "She Lets Me Know" while subsequent albums include Tow Truck in 2007 and Stick Em Up in 2013. The band have also collaborated with notable artists such as Hubert Sumlin and Sue Foley.
