British violinist Louisa Fuller began her career in the late 1980s, collaborating over the years on recording sessions for artists such as Morrissey, The Triffids, Tanita Tikiaram, Blur, Pretenders, Lloyd Cole and Duffy. In 1989, she helped found the string quartet The Duke Quartet, in which she played until 2006. In 2004, she began a long collaboration with composer Max Richter, with whom she took part in the recording of some fifteen albums, including The Blue Notebooks (2004), Songs from Before (2006), 24 Postcards in Full Color (2008), Valse avec Bachir (2008), Infra (2010), Disconnect (2013), On the Nature of Daylight (2017), My Brilliant Friend (2019), Dance Music (2025) and Sleep Circle (2025). Louisa Fuller has also performed with other classical music ensembles such as the Kreisler String Orchestra, The London Scratch Orchestra, The Millenia Ensemble and The New Blood Orchestra.
