Jürg Halter, born in 1980 in Bern, Switzerland, is a Swiss rapper in the Swiss hip-hop scene known by his stage name Kutti MC. Halter began his music career with the release of his debut album Jugend & Kultur in 2005, which featured collaborations with notable artists such as Big Zis and Wurzel 5. His subsequent releases include the album Freischwimmer (2011). Throughout his career, Halter has collaborated with various artists including Stephan Eicher, Sophie Hunger, Baschi, Endo Anaconda, Kuno Lauener, and Marc Smith. His work as Kutti MC was controversial among critics and leaders of the hip-hop scene.
