Daniela Gesundheit, born on April 15, 1982 in Canada, is a singer known for her work with various bands. She holds a BA in music from Wesleyan University, focusing on South Indian classical voice and experimental composition. Gesundheit's early musical endeavors included the band Fontanel from 2003 to 2005. In 2004, she founded Snowblink, an indie-pop duo with Dan Goldman. Their debut album Long Live was released in 2008 and received critical acclaim. Gesundheit has also collaborated with prominent artists like Feist and Owen Pallett, contributing vocals to Pallett’s 2015 album In Conflict. She is a Dora Mavor Moore Award nominee for Outstanding Sound Design/Composition and has composed soundtracks for various films and projects including The Water Thief by Sean Frey and Amy Siegel.
