Jean-Jacques Justafré, born on March 21, 1953, in Casablanca, is a musician, horn player, and conductor. He won first prize at the Conservatoire de Paris and became a laureate of the Munich Competition. His career as a solo horn player began when he joined the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France. He performed worldwide with notable conductors like Leonard Bernstein and Pierre Boulez, and recorded albums including Concertos pour Cor et Orchestre n°1 à 4 (1990). He also led jazz ensembles JUST'A 5 and JUST'A 7. His contributions were recognized with the Victoire de la Musique award for "Meilleur disque de musique contemporaine" in 1990.
