Ian Page, born on 10 December 1963 in the United Kingdom, is a British conductor known for his contributions to classical music. He studied English literature at the University of York and later pursued piano and conducting at the Royal Academy of Music in London. Page's career includes notable engagements at Glyndebourne Festival Opera, The Royal Opera, Scottish Opera, and English National Opera. He founded Classical Opera, where he has conducted numerous Mozart operas, including the world première of the 'original' version of Mitridate, re di Ponto and a new completion of Zaide. Page has also led the UK premières of Gluck’s La clemenza di Tito, Telemann’s Orpheus, and the first new staging in 250 years of Johann Christian Bach’s Adriano in Siria.
