Jamie Edward Lenman, born on November 9, 1982, in Camberley, Surrey, England, was a British musician and illustrator. He began his musical journey at a young age, learning piano, saxophone, and guitar. In 1996, Jamie Edward Lenman formed his first band with Jon Pearce and Jason Wilson, initially known as Angel, which later became Reuben. The trio released their debut EP Pilot in 2001, followed by a series of singles that gained airplay on BBC Radio 1 and MTV2. Financial strains and personal tensions led to Reuben's indefinite hiatus in June 2008. Following the disbandment of Reuben, Jamie Edward Lenman pursued a solo career. Notable solo albums include Muscle Memory (2013), Devolver (2017), and Live at St. Pancras (2018).
