New EP "Basshall Party" available now 🔥 & new track "Ding dong'
The highly prolific, internationally renowned Dancehall artist Blaiz Fayah announces the release of his new EP “Basshall Party” (distributed by The Orchard / Sony) for spring 2026.
With his unique style, he is enjoying growing success across the globe, from Colombia to Kenya, via the Netherlands, Costa Rica, and France, where he is originally from. With each release, Blaiz Fayah continues to surprise and generate excitement, establishing himself as a key figure on the Dancehall/Shatta scene.
To date, he has accumulated over 5 million monthly listeners, more than 500 million views on YouTube - including 160 million for his hit “Bad” - and over 2 million videos using his biggest hits, including the single “Money Pull Up” (feat. Maureen), which sparked a dance challenge that became a global trend in just a few weeks.
Blaiz Fayah broke through in 2018 as the new Dancehall revelation with his hit “Best Gyal,” taken from the album Level Up. Between 2020 and 2023, he released the “Mad Ting” series - three albums featuring beatmakers such as DJ Glad and Mafio House, with whom he has continued to produce hit after hit. With this series, he showcased the full range of his influences, blending elements of Dancehall, Kompa, Moombahton, Reggae, Shatta, and Zouk into his music.
At the same time, he collaborated with Basshall Records, for which he delivered some of the Dutch label’s biggest hits, including “Bad,” “Pon Di Ting,” “Pilot,” “Basshall Session #3,” and more recently “Rude” for Kybba’s album (the head of Basshall Records). Together, Blaiz Fayah and Kybba have become leading figures of the Shatta wave currently sweeping the international scene.
With his latest album “Shatta Ting” (February 2025), Blaiz Fayah returned to instrumentals that are much more rooted in Shatta than in his previous work. Produced between Martinique, Paris, the Netherlands, and Spain, the album features collaborations with top Martinican beatmakers such as DJ Glad, Mafio House, Gyzmo, Natoxie, Mikado, and Bmad, as well as, of course, Kybba, Tribal Kush, and Limitlezz from the Basshall Records camp.
Over the years, Blaiz Fayah has built a strong artistic relationship with these talented beatmakers, whose productions serve as the starting point for each of his tracks.
On the upcoming EP “Basshall Party,” there are no featured artists, but rather productions born from the collaboration between beatmakers from the Mad Ting camp (a label founded by Blaiz Fayah in 2024) - Gyzmo and Titony - and the Basshall team, including Kybba and Tribal Kush.
After a sold-out show at La Cigale in March 2024 and a sold-out Olympia in January 2026, Blaiz Fayah will return to the road for an international tour in summer 2026, accompanied by his musicians and dancers, with a brand-new show.
