The Cryptkeeper Five, an American rock band from Trenton, New Jersey, was formed in 1997 by vocalist Johnny Ott, guitarist Jimmy Ray, and drummer D.T. Graves. The trio had previously played together in a band called Navalistic Death. Their first album, Dear Dr. X... I Wanna be the Creature, was released in 1997. The Cryptkeeper Five toured along the US east coast and midwest since their formation, and also toured Europe and the UK in 2016. Their music was featured in the 2007 movie Welcome to Dreadville II: Red in Dreadville. The band's albums include Trenton Makes the Cryptkeeper Five (2002), The Rise of Palace Depression (2006), and The Stronghold (2017).
