Syron Vanes, a Swedish heavy metal band, was formed in 1980 in Arlöv by Staffan Lindstedt and guitarist Hahne. Inspired by the new wave of British heavy metal, Syron Vanes released their debut album Bringer of Evil in 1984 under Ebony Records following a successful tour in Germany. The album garnered significant attention, with the band appearing in numerous rock magazines. Their second album, Revenge, was released in 1986. After a hiatus during which they continued to tour and write songs but did not release new records, Syron Vanes returned in 2003 with the album Insane. In 2007, they released Property of..., followed by Evil Redux in 2013. The band has also performed as special guests for Jake E. Lee's Red Dragon Cartel and opened for Sebastian Bach. Their sixth album, Chaos from a Distance, was released in 2017.
