Carla Ragin Bozulich, born in 1965 in New York City and raised in San Pedro, California, is an American singer and musician. Her musical career began at age 17 with her first band, The Neon Veins. Under the name Carla Noelle, she contributed to Gary Kail's album Creative Nihilism (1984). She was a member of Ethyl Meatplow, before founding The Geraldine Fibbers. They signed with Virgin Records and released their debut album Lost Somewhere Between the Earth and My Home in 1995. Her Evangelista project began in 2006 with the album Evangelista, released by Constellation Records. Her notable solo albums include The Red Headed Stranger (2003), I'm Gonna Stop Killing (2004), Boy (2014), and Quieter (2018). Her discography also includes the album Happy Days, Sweetheart (1993) with Ethyl Meatplow and the album Scarnella (1998) with Scarnella.
