A Cuban living in France, Niuver completed her musical studies in her own country. After passing through Venezuela and Spain, Niuver settled in Metz, Lorraine. It was here, with the help of her compatriot Raul Paz, that Niuver released the album Quiéreme Mucho in 2008, in a pleasant Latin jazz vocal style. Niuver returns in June 2012 with "C'est toi que j'aime", a blend of folk and French chanson. The album Trasnochando is released in autumn 2012.
